Terms of purchase

All sales take place with the application of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 932) and the Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 931) as well as the Distance Contracts Act (200: 274). More information is available from the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Prices are shown including statutory Swedish VAT (25%).

Delivery time:
The products available on our website are products that we have in stock. We send all orders with Posten or DHL. Estimated delivery time is thus 4-5 working days. For products made for outdoor use, the delivery time is 3-4 working weeks. For our benches, the delivery time is 4-6 working weeks (delivered directly to the customer).

Order confirmation:
At the time of purchase, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Therefore, it is very important that you enter your email address when ordering. If you have not received an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us to make sure that your order has arrived. When ordering, you must also state your mobile phone number as you will receive your notice from Posten / DHL via text message.

Shipping cost:
Free shipping on orders over SEK 600 (otherwise SEK 100). Please note that this only applies to orders within Sweden. If you want to order and have it sent to another country, contact us at kundtjanst@skillfactory.se to get price information.

At Skill Factory, you have the opportunity to pay for your order via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. As a limited company, municipality, state or county council, you can also be given the opportunity to pay against an invoice after the usual credit check. Contact us for more information.

Untriggered items:
The shipment must be picked up within 14 days. The post office then returns the item to us.

At Skill Factory, you always have a 12-month warranty on your product. We apply submission service. Defective product must be reported via the complaint form as soon as the defect is discovered. Receipt or delivery note must be attached to prove the guarantee. Please note that the warranty only covers malfunctions. Goods that show handling errors or have been damaged by the user are thus charged an inspection fee of SEK 300 and shipping costs of SEK 300.

Complaint / Right of withdrawal:
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product and without special reason. This provided that the product is in unchanged condition, ie. unused and not destroyed or damaged. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send it back to Skill Factory. Please note that you are then responsible for any shipping costs. In the event of a return, please contact kundtjanst@skillfactory.se

At skillfactory.se, only your information is used internally and thus we never communicate or sell the information to third parties.

Force majeure:
Should any of the following occur, Skill Factory will be released from fulfilling the agreement. This applies to circumstances beyond our control: strikes, war, national state of emergency, sabotage, natural disasters, abnormal decline in the market, measures taken by the national government, if the company has been exposed to criminal activity, major accidents and blockades.
